Insurance Marketing Specialist West, Inc. was established in 2005. We started with just one client, and
we have been growing ever since. Our goal is to build an agency in which each of our clients are proud to

Our individual background(s):
Agent, Partner: Rick Chapman comes from an extensive background in Sales Management. Rick is a veteran and therefore has a military set of values. Rick has detailed training in tax preparation, and therefore is our expert tax professional. He handles daily product sales of all our insurance lines. He maintains customer relations with our client family and insurance carrier representatives on a daily basis.
Registered Customer Service Representative, (RCSR), Managing Partner: Lauren Chapman comes from an extensive background of Retail Sales and Sales Management. She has training in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Lauren handles our daily marketing, accounting /bookkeeping remotely.
In addition, we are each required to maintain continuing education for each of our required insurance license(s)
in which we hold. This is required by Florida law in order to legally sell insurance with the state of Florida.
